Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. During high seasons or special launches, please allow a little extra time—we promise it’s worth the wait!
Shipping Methods & Rates:
We offer flat-rate shipping on all orders within the U.S., with options to upgrade to faster delivery at checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking info straight to your inbox.
Local Pickup:
If you're local to Hanover, you're welcome to select Free Local Pickup at checkout! We’ll notify you when your order is ready and have it waiting for you at the shop.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love everything you receive from The Farmer’s Daughter!
Due to the nature of our products—especially coffee, florals, and food items—most purchases are final sale and not eligible for return. However, if something arrives damaged or isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll review and work with you on a replacement or refund.
Gifts & Seasonal Items:
Gift items and seasonal specials are also final sale, but again—if there’s a problem, just reach out. We’re a small shop and genuinely care about making your experience a good one.
